Coins are CodinzHub's in-app credits. You spend them to unlock premium content — a coding question costs 20 coins and a resume review costs 50 coins. Interview experiences and projects are free to open. Every new account starts with 50 coins, and you can see your balance and full coin history on your dashboard.

There are three main ways to top up your balance for free:

• Refer your friends— grab your personal invite link from your dashboard and earn 50 coins for every friend who signs up with it. They get a 30-coin bonus on top of their welcome coins too.
• Contribute content— share an OA question or your own interview story on the contribute page. Once approved you get 20 coins for a coding question and 50 coins for an interview experience.
• Answer assessment requests— browse open requests on the requests page and earn 20 coins each time you fulfil one for another member.

Open your dashboard and copy your unique referral link from the “Refer & Earn” card. When someone creates an account through that link, coins land in your wallet once their signup is verified, and your friend's opening balance is set by the same reward. That card shows the current amounts, which can depend on whether your friend joins from your college or a different one. There is no cap on how many friends you can invite. Already signed up without a link? A referral code can also be entered on the signup form.

Yes. Head to the requests page and raise a request for a specific company's OA or interview round. Raising a request costs 30 coins, which funds the reward for whoever fulfils it, and you get notified once another member answers it.

CodinzHub is currently open to college students, so accounts are created against a college email domain rather than a personal one. Sign up with your official college address — the one your institute issued you, such as user@iitbhu.ac.in— and the signup will go through. If your college uses a different domain and you still see the error, ping us at Discord Join our Discord and we will get your institute added.
