Maximize Immune System Boost

Given a set of cells with their respective boosts and prerequisites, find a subset of feasible target cells that maximizes the boost to the immune system. A set of cells C is called feasible if for any cell i in C, all the prerequisite cells of i are also included in C.

Constraints:

The number of cells is less than 10000
The total number of prerequisites of all cells is less than 5000
